Despite nearing sub zero temperatures our lads braved the cold to install this myenergi Libbi 15kwh battery storage system. It will be used to offset the cost of running the customer’s air source heat pump, which, at a property high above the M62, is used almost continuously.

We’re proud of our recent professional solar installation at the Holme Valley Mountain Rescue Team in Marsden ⛰⛑. Our team installed 42 high-efficiency solar panels paired with a 20kWh GivEnergy inverter, making full use of the site’s three-phase supply. The system also includes 15kWh of battery storage, helping the centre store and manage its renewable energy effectively.🔋

With relatively low on-site energy demand, the system allows the Rescue Centre to export a significant proportion back to the grid, supporting the wider community with clean energy.

This week for one of our local customers we installed 14 Trina Vertex 445w all black solar panels, a 5kW Alpha ESS inverter and a 10kW battery. The system will allow them to generate over 4000kW of electricity per year which they can use directly, store for later use or get paid for exporting it back into the National Grid. The components come with their own long manufacturers guarantees and we provide our own 2 year workmanship warranty which we back up by providing an independent insurance backed guarantee.

Did you know you don't need Solar Panels to benefit from Battery Storage?
If you use an electricity supplier such as Octopus that offers a low cost off peak rate, you can charge the battery from the National Grid when prices are low and use the stored energy when prices are high.
