Two years ago our business didn’t collapse.
It was physically stopped.
Our work vehicle and tools were seized.
Without them, we couldn’t trade.
Jobs were booked. Customers were waiting.
Overnight, our income was cut off.
At the same time, I was being repeatedly arrested — over 10 times in six months — without charge. I was targeted over my legal medical cannabis prescription despite full documentation. I have diagnosed Level 2 ASD and ADHD, which was known.
Two of our vehicles were impounded. We permanently lost them due to release fees and lack of retrieval information. Combined value: £6,800.
We submitted a formal complaint to Professional Standards in February 2025 outlining:
• unlawful arrest
• disability discrimination
• harassment
• vehicle loss
• business losses
In May 2025, police formally acknowledged the complaint.
Days later, they mistakenly emailed me confidential personal data relating to six r**e suspects — including names and addresses. A serious GDPR breach.
They also failed to provide my legally required Subject Access Request within the statutory timeframe.
During this period:
We lost our income.
We lost our vehicles.
We lost our business stability.
My wife was pregnant.
We had a 7-year-old child.
We were eventually made homeless.
This is not exaggeration. This is documented.
I filed a civil claim.
The County Court has now entered Judgment in my favour.
The documents attached are part of that process.
This is not the full extent of proceedings. A further claim remains ongoing.
This is not about sympathy.
It’s about record.
It’s about transparency.
It’s about correcting the narrative.
The business didn’t fail.
It was stopped.
And we are rebuilding properly.
