A brand-new North Norfolk project begins… 👀🏗️

Always exciting to see a new site go from markings on the ground to the first signs of a structure!

We started with the site set out and marked, followed by excavation and foundation works, and now the first sections of structural steel are already going up.

With the site set-up underway and materials arriving, this one is officially taking shape.

A brilliant new project for the Curtis & Wright team in North Norfolk - and we’re looking forward to showing you the transformation from the very beginning. 🔨

What a HOT week on site ☀️
But it certainly hasn’t slowed the progress - we are flying! 👏🏼

This week at Curtis & Wright:
- Iroko hardwood feet going in
- Lilywhites Carpentry Services have installed the second-floor joists and top deck, ready for the roof
- Flint walls continuing with the eaves detailing taking shape
- Temporary rafters in, ready for the gables

So much happening across the build now and it’s really starting to come together. Another big week ticked off! 👏🏼

The steel frame and metal web floor joists are now in place, giving a real sense of the scale and layout of this North Norfolk home. Every stage builds on the last, and it’s exciting to see the structure coming together exactly as planned.
