🔨 BEFORE & AFTER – PORCH TRANSFORMATION 🏡

We were recently called out to this lovely rural property near Cemaes Bay to give their rear porch a much-needed upgrade.

The existing door was well past its best and starting to fall apart, so we got to work giving the entrance a complete refresh.

✅ New UPVC door with Georgian bar window and matching side panel
✅ Old, poor-quality felt roof removed
✅ New EPDM rubber roof installed
✅ Rotten timbers replaced
✅ New fascias fitted
✅ Interior fully plasterboarded and skimmed

We had the pleasure of bringing a beautiful new bathroom to this stunning historic home, and while it certainly wasn't without its challenges, the end result speaks for itself.

Working with old, uneven stone walls meant plenty of preparation was needed before the real transformation could begin. The existing shower, suite and tiles were completely removed, followed by new plumbing, electrics and preparation works throughout.

The new space now features:

Something a bit different for us this week — out of the house and into the garden 👀

📍 Redrown Estate, Bangor

This one was a full front garden transformation… swipe to see the before ➡️

We stripped everything back, removing all the old grass and starting fresh. Installed solid 8ft sleeper borders to frame the space, laid a heavy-duty w**d membrane to keep maintenance down, and finished it off with a large supply of decorative aggregate.

To bring it all to life, we added zoned planting with a mix of shrubs and plants — giving it that clean, modern look with a bit of character 🌿

From tired and patchy ➡️ to neat, low-maintenance and built to last 😃
