It's great to get started on this awesome private property in Denbighshire, North Wales.

The client here knows exactly what he wants and we're going to do our very best to deliver it!

The joiners and stonemasons are doing an incredible job, and now we're going to follow with the leadworks and all new Welsh slate.

As we edge steadily towards completion of the roof on this incredible project, here as some pics of this weeks site visit. Hen Goleg Aberystwyth.

Using new Wesh Penrhyn Slate on 60% of the project, the salvaged Welsh slate on many of the internal and rear slopes, and new Vermont Green slate on 5 of the turrets, to closely match the original.

This week we are carrying out timber repairs to one of the front turrets using locally sourced Douglas Fir timber, Slating with new Welsh slate to the 'Witches Hat', and installing code 7 lead to various areas.

This winter we've been plugging away between the storms ⛈️💨☔️🌪️on the west coast of Ynys Môn to re-roof this Grade 2 listed property built in 1853.

Re-using the existing green Welsh slate on the front elevations, and using new Vermont green 14x8s on the rear.

As we edge closer to completion at Manchester Town Hall, it’s all hands on deck!

Our teams are working tirelessly to resolve any final interface challenges and ensure a smooth removal of the remaining scaffolds, a major milestone on this incredible restoration journey.

It’s been a privilege to work alongside so many dedicated professionals who continue to pull together for that final push.
