Front entrance improvement works to include lifting and renewing the existing entrance steps, replacing them with new steps formed in mint fossil sandstone slabs. Works also to include preparation and laying of new turf to the front garden area to provide a clean, finished appearance.

🔨 Re-roof Completed on a 6-Year-Old Home

We were recently called out to investigate suspected water ingress on a property that was only built 6 years ago.

After a thorough inspection, we found two key issues:

- Insufficient tile overlap

- Roofing membrane not correctly sagged between rafters

These may seem like small details, but together they had caused the roof to fail — letting water in and compromising the structure far earlier than expected.

We’ve now fully re-roofed the property using correct methods, ensuring proper coverage, water run-off, and long-term protection.

The good news? This repair was fully covered under the property’s 10-year new build warranty, meaning the customer didn’t pay a penny for the re-roof.

✅ A reminder that the right installation matters just as much as the materials used. If you’re unsure about your roof’s performance — especially on a newer build — don’t ignore the signs.
