Our typical installations include:

*Commercial Projects including Hotels, Schools, Gymnasiums, Swimming Pools, Hospitals, Office Re-fits, Shopping Centres, Retail Outlets, Restaurants, etc

*Commercial Applications including Windows, Bathrooms, Communal Areas, Flooring, Architraves, Expansion Joints, Soffit Lines, etc

*Housing Developments - New build projects whereby mastic is applied to Bathro

oms, Kitchens, Windows, Flooring, Pre-plaster and Part-L works, etc

*Private Residential & Commercial Refurbishments - cut out and reseal of existing mastic for refurbishment purposes to areas including Bathrooms, Kitchens, Windows, etc

*Floor Expansion Joints - Concrete slabs, Highways, Petrol Garages, Warehouses, etc

*Sealants for the Purposes of Air Testing/Sound Proofing in accordance with Building Regulations and Air/Sound testing

*Application of Sealant in Specialist Situations - including anti-pick sealant to Correctional Facilities/Prisons and constantly wet areas such as swimming pools and saunas

*Installation of Sealants on glass-to-glass joints on glazed structures

Sealant Applicator required for Mastic works on commercial and residential projects.
Applicants must hold a valid CSCS card, a Full and clean UK driving licence and have at least 18 months' experience working as a Sealant Applicator.
Our projects are mainly house building on large building sites, however we also have a range of other projects such as hotels, car show rooms, retail projects, offices, etc which adds variety to the role. We are looking for somebody who is eager to work, who is a great team player and who has a fine attention to detail, to work within a family run company. Great rates of pay for the right candidate.
Company based in Horndon on the Hill, Essex. Role includes ladder work and travel throughout the Essex / Kent / Suffolk / Cambridgeshire / Bedfordshire / Hertfordshire areas and occasionally London.

Please get in touch if you have any Mastic requirements - our applicators have vast experience replacing and installing Mastic. We're based in Horndon-on-the-Hill and carry out all sorts of projects from Kitchens and Bathrooms in people's homes right up to large Commercial projects (Hotels, Restaurants, Garages, etc) and Housing Sites.
