Unexpected Twist! Flat Roof Light Addition and Updates on Two Major Projects

We’re excited to give you an introduction to our Barrington Road project, alongside an update on the L-shaped dormer in Horsham.

The Barrington Road project features a double-storey extension with major internal renovations to enhance the downstairs living space and reconfigure the home to better meet the clients’ needs. We’re adding a new home office, a much-needed utility room, and a downstairs cloakroom—features the property previously lacked.

Over at the L-shaped dormer, we’re also seeing fantastic progress. The team has been hard at work completing the first fix carpentry, paving the way for plumbers and electricians to run their first fixes. We’re getting ready for floors to go down and for walls and ceilings to be sealed.

Both projects are at exciting stages, and we’re thrilled to have you along for the journey.

Bringing an 1805 traditional cottage into the 21st century with a stunning double-storey extension and an open-plan design that retains the character of the original home. The ground floor features a brick-and-block construction, while the first floor boasts a beautiful timber frame design, and the external walls are finished with sawn-treated oak cladding that will age naturally over time. Natural light floods the space with a gable end window and two dormer windows, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. 🌳🌞
