The heat is on🔥

Earlier this year, Emcel Filters invested in a new oven to improve production efficiency as part of our continued investment in new machinery.

In September, we welcomed our second new oven, bringing even greater energy efficiency to our production process. The new oven heats up in just 30 minutes compared to 2 hours for the old one and features insulation that is three times thicker, significantly reducing heat loss during operation.

A big thank you to Caltherm for their support in designing and delivering this fantastic new addition.

Have you thought about your filter maintenance for the winter?
3 tips for looking after your filters:

1. Regular maintenance - Check your filters quarterly to maintain the efficiency

2. Ensure the draining holes are free from dirt. They should allow moisture to escape through your filters and pipes

3. Regularly Inspect your filters for any damages, or excessive clogging

We are commited to reducing our environmental impact, we're making clean air better for everyone and everything.

We manufacture using sustainable raw materials where it's possible, and buy from suppliers that have the same environmental values as us. Our fully installed solar panels help run the machinery in manufacturing, reducing our reliance on fossil fuels.
