⏱️ PHASE 2 UPDATE ⏱️

Good progress been made.

☀️ All be it a little slower than normal with this difficult heat and waiting on materials from suppliers☀️

As everyone is dealing with aswell🙌. But we are trying our best as always and dealing with It as well as we can.

Electrics ducting going in, knee rail around perimeter and path edge boundary on open side. The gabions finished for the seating area. Main road and carparking taking shape.

Finally some more comfortable weather ☀️☀️🙌🙌

2 cuts down 1 to go on our highways verge mowing contracts finishing well on time as usual. Been very challenging weather. Testing machines and drivers to the max. Same for everyone not all good vibes sat in cabs with air-conditioning though 😎

We percevered. With some 3am-4am starts to try beat the worst heat 😬🫩.
Verges turning into dust and stubble making conditions very dry and wirey on the rotor.

Hopefully our final cut will be more comfortable and the mass of growth won't be as hard going 🙏 💪🙌

🚨Were a bit late to the party with this 1. But better late than never they say 🚨

A new addition to the fleet. Replacing our izuzu. For something more organised,practical and comfy and efficient to run with us doing the miles we do 😎

As always a great pleasure to be dealing with Mark Chambers and everyone at the dealership. Easy great service💪💪

We went asking advice and trade in on which van would be best for us and him having this transit custom in his wide range of stock. A great deal as always. With our racking really giving it that great finishing touch. With the added tow bar and double led light bar on top. Our private reg on and V5 all completed aswell.

Fantastic van and great to deal with again Mark 💪💪🙌🙌. Thankyou very much 🥳🥳

😎What a scorcher it is. Too hot in some ways. But shouldn't moan 😎

Managed to get this little section at The Pingle Nature Reserve mowed for the Coningsby Lions after it has been inherited.

We were instructed to not cut to short. So we used our little John Deere F1145. Making light work and been very monouverable round the trees making it manageable moving forward. Opening up the area aswell and making it more disticintively outlined for the ownership.

Fitted in well as with our other amenity mow at Tattershall Village hall we've had for 20+ years 🙌🙌

Loads of progress been made the last few weeks. Sorry we've been quiet on here. Mixtures of all climates aswell. From heatwave scorchers to monsoon downpours and strong colder winds. But in true spirit like always we pushed on best we could 💪💪

Fully set out of 6 bases and carparks/roads in the new development on the old St Vincents all bases shuttered,concreted now on the new development now. The other 2 hopefully been poured in the next week or so. Main sewer is connected to the outlet and services going into the individual plots now.

Car parks dug out and stoned ready for kirbing for the trademark Amotts standard of individual plot/base parking for 2 or more cars. Making it a lot more organised and also stress free for more than 1 car if needed at 1 time. Rather than communal parking in busy periods on the park 🙌🙌

We will keep you posted further along the line as there are a lot more new things been upgraded and in progression on all the parks aswell 🥳👌⏳️⏳️

Not just the big updates with Willows projects. Whispering waters is coming along great guns aswell. 🥳🥳

6 bases all shuttered 4 poured with concrete. The other 2 poured in the next week or so. Roads dug, membraned and stoned up ready for kirbing. Main sewer connection done and now the new plots for the holiday homes been serviced up with electric,water and sewerage.

Great progress making. We will keep you all updated soon with more completion. 🙌🙌

Big thanks to MHD building,construction,demolition.plant tipper and grab hire for our aggregate. For the new bases, sewer laying and anything else we need. Many thanks once again 🙏

Great to be involved doing the main groundworks for the Padel Build UK project at Willows Park. Very privileged. On their 1st project with us and the Amott family 🙏🙏🙌🙌

Were pleased to keep you all updated after the tricky weather conditions we've encountered. Heatwaves to monsoon instant downpours. We kept pushing 💪💪

Positioning finalised and agreeed. Set out. Levels finalised and fully excavated,stoned up to spec and ring beam shuttered and laser levelled. Ready for steel frame to be inserted and poured with C30-37

Really happy with progress and will keep you all updated as soon as were near to handover for erecting of the court.

Big mention to MHD building,construction,demolition.plant tipper and grab hire for our aggregate supply and machine transportation as always. Much appreciated 💪💪
