This was a single skinned wall which was suffering mould I installed a vapour cavity boarded and skimmed problem solved

Another garage conversation done full fire rated stud wall with double fire doors matching with the existing doors 6 spots few extra plug socket and a little electric heater installed

Damp problem solved with new dpc injected breathable membrane installed and moisture resistant plasterboard full walls skimmed to finish

Wall out pad stone turned round to make the wall as flat as possible 8 spots and 2 pendants for the new kitchen island

Nice little garage conversation in to utility room done this week including new sockets spotlights full kitchen with new sink plumed in and radiator. Wall removed and lintel installed for new doorway. Fire proof stud wall build retraining a small garage/storage space

Today’s job had apparently been damp proofed but unfortunately they had a cowboy in and was back within a few months all my work comes with a 5-10 year guarantee
