OnPath Energy team takes on Yorkshire Three Peaks for charity 💛

A team of 10 colleagues from OnPath Energy have successfully completed the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge, tackling 25 miles, over 1,500m of climbing and challenging weather conditions to raise funds for two fantastic charities.

Alongside fundraising, OnPath colleagues have volunteered their time and support throughout the year, helping raise more than £6,000 for community causes close to the team's hearts.

A huge well done to everyone who took part and supported the challenge!

Building tomorrow’s energy today ☀️ Checking in at Common Farm Solar Park.

Piling for Common Farm Solar Park is now complete and is ready for panel installation!

The South Yorkshire solar farm will combine 49 MW of generation with 50 MW of onsite BESS capacity, a critical part of the energy transition storing energy when the wind isn’t blowing or the sun isn’t shining. This lets us prioritise cheaper renewable generation even when the conditions aren’t perfect.

Once commissioned, Common Farm Solar Park will 👇
🏡 Generate enough renewable energy to power around 18,800 homes each year
🏏 Provide an annual community benefit fund of around £50,000
⚡ Displace 11,470 tonnes of CO2 each year
