Another bathroom transformation completed ✔️

This project included:

Removing the old bath and flooring

Blocking up the window

Installing a new full-length shower tray with multi-panel walls

Fitting a new extractor fan

Installing a large glass shower screen

Reinstalling the existing vanity unit, as it was still in great condition

Laying new LVT flooring to finish the room perfectly

Installing a large overhead shower with a handheld attachment

A clean, modern upgrade that completely refreshed the space while keeping some existing features the customer loved.

Excavate existing ground to a depth of 100mm.

Install w**d control membrane over prepared ground.

Supply and lay MOT Type 1 sub-base and compact thoroughly.

Apply and level a fine layer of granite dust to create a smooth finish.

Install concrete haunching around perimeter edging.

Lay and secure artificial grass, including all jointing and gluing where required.

Brush and finish artificial grass to leave clean and even appearance.

Another phase completed on one of the many projects we’re currently working on at SL Plumbing and Construction 🔨✨
This stage included:

• Removal of the tired old kitchen
• Overboarding the ceiling
• New pipework rerouted to the centre of the island for the new kitchen layout
• Radiator removed and relocated
• Internal wall removed
• 2 lintels and padstones installed for structural support
• Full room boarded and plastered
• Floor fully prepped and latexed, ready for the next stage.

Another bathroom completed over in Shoreham 🚿✨
This project was a full transformation, with all materials supplied and designed by the customer.
We carried out a complete strip-out, including removal of old pipework, followed by replastering walls and building stud walls to accommodate three custom niches.

The bathroom features a fully tiled bath area and floor, along with the installation of underfloor heating for added comfort.

We also relocated the light switch outside the room and fitted four new spotlights to brighten the space.

All waste pipework was adjusted to suit the new suite, creating a cleaner and more efficient finish throughout.

The customer will be completing the final decoration themselves, and we can’t wait to see the finished look 👌
