🚧 Two Projects Mobilised. Two Days. One Standard. 🚧

This week the OCFF Property Services Ltd team has successfully mobilised two full fit-out refurbishment projects in the South West, with sites now live in Exeter and Plymouth.

Within the first 48 hours, both projects have seen significant progress, including:

✅ Full site mobilisation
✅ Strip-out works completed
✅ Existing services identified and made safe
✅ External drainage alterations and relocations commenced
✅ Programmes established and progressing to plan

Our teams have travelled the length of the country to deliver these projects, bringing the same commitment, professionalism and attention to detail that our clients have come to expect.

Great progress update from OCFF Property Services Ltd 👷‍♂️

We’re pleased to share how well our project at Freehold Street, Rochdale is progressing. Now almost 12 weeks into a 16-week programme, we’re already seeing strong signs that we’re nearing completion — a fantastic achievement for the whole team.

A big thank you goes to the dedicated crew led by our director, Ali Ahmed, whose leadership continues to drive quality and efficiency on site.

This project, delivered for a private developer building self-build homes for social housing in Rochdale, is shaping up to be something we can all be proud of.

We’re looking forward to sharing the finished result soon — watch this space!

🚧 Site set-up complete in Rochdale 🚧

We’re pleased to share that the welfare facilities and temporary power installations are now fully set up on our new build site in Rochdale – a key milestone as we prepare to get properly underway on this project.

From compliant CDM welfare facilities to safe, reliable temporary electrics, getting the fundamentals right from day one is essential. Proper welfare provision isn’t just a requirement – it supports the wellbeing, safety and productivity of everyone on site, setting the standard for the work that follows.

With the groundwork in place and everything ready to go, we’re excited to move into the next phase and deliver another project to the high standards we expect at OCFF Property Services Ltd.
