Hands-on technical knowledge is one of the strongest foundations for partner confidence and long-term field success. Last week in Melbourne, the professional teams of BERMAD Australia and our New Zealand distributor, Deeco, participated in a technical seminar covering , , and solutions.

The program combined expert lectures, hands-on training sessions, and field visits led by BERMAD experts worldwide. The seminar was especially valuable due to its active learning approach: questions, exercises, and real field cases that led to constructive technical discussions.

The event was a success and will serve as a model for similar professional enablement activities in the future. A big thank you to everyone who took part and helped make this seminar a meaningful learning experience!

As buildings grow taller, managing becomes more challenging. Design approaches that work well in smaller buildings may cause instability, noise, and operational issues in high-rise systems. Early planning decisions significantly impact long-term performance, maintenance, and occupant comfort.

🏢 In our latest article, we explore why Cascade PRV systems struggle in tall buildings and present an alternative approach that delivers more stable and reliable performance.

You’ll read about:
✓ When and where cascade PRV systems become unstable
✓ Common issues such as hunting, cavitation, vibration and pressure fluctuations
✓ How PRVs installed in series impact system performance
✓ The principles behind Parallel PRV Zoning Systems
✓ Best practices for stable pressure reduction in tall buildings

What does it take to transform a major irrigation district from manual operation to automated control?

In Australia’s Macalister , modernization goes beyond replacing infrastructure. It means improving operational visibility, reducing manual intervention, and creating a more reliable irrigation delivery network under changing demand and field conditions.

In our latest case study you will read about how the transition to distributed hydraulic control helped enable:
✓ Remote monitoring and operation
✓ Reduced on-site adjustments
✓ More stable performance across pressure and elevation changes
✓ Better grower experience through automated water delivery
✓ Infrastructure designed for future expansion

The result: a more efficient, resilient, and digitally connected irrigation network.

As part of a global company, we are always working to strengthen our supply chain so we can connect global capabilities with local ex*****on and better support the evolving needs of U.S. .

To support this effort, we recently welcomed BERMAD's global leadership team for a dedicated supply chain visit to USA.

Together, we took a closer look at our service levels, delivery times, and how we can remain agile as market conditions continue to evolve. The visit gave us deeper insight into both our global and local supply capabilities, and the continuous improvement efforts behind them, helping us continue to raise the bar.

Backed by a broad and advanced irrigation management portfolio, along with our facility in Fresno, California and a local assembly team that can perform specific customizations based on customer requirements, we are built to deliver proven performance, fast response, and the flexibility growers rely on, helping them manage water systems based on real field needs.

Thank you to Tiffannie Daniels for organizing the visit and training, and to Yoav Zimmerman and Yaara Israeli Neumann for joining us, sharing their insights, and helping us learn, collaborate, and further strengthen our local supply chain.
