When we first took on the studio, it was in a severely deteriorated state. The ceiling had multiple holes, exposing the interior to the elements. In the bathroom, tiles were falling off the walls, and the entire space was overwhelmed by a strong, persistent smell of mould that made it almost unbearable to stay in for long. Years of neglect had left the studio feeling damp, dark, and completely uninviting.

Despite the challenges, we managed to transform the space completely. We replaced all the roof tiles to eliminate leaks and improve insulation. The bathroom was fully redone, now featuring a modern walk-in shower that adds both comfort and style. A brand-new kitchen was installed, making the studio not just functional but enjoyable to live in. Today, it’s a bright, clean, and welcoming space—perfect for relaxing or staying for a longer period. The transformation is truly night and day.
