Renovating the exterior of a local property this week. Hoping it would be a simple redecoration, unfortunately found many areas of loose paint that required scraping and peeling off and stabilising solution applied before starting on the paintwork!

Porcelain patio work over the last couple of weeks in Bluntisham! All slabs having slurry applied to the rear, and laid on full mortar bed. Sawn cut black cobbles as a matching edge. Drop us a message if your property needs a makeover

A new customer asked us to check out their leaking roof last week in Cambridge. On inspection we found cracked eternit slates, and an uncovered joint in the felt roof membrane. A few hours later, and the slates had all been repaired including the required copper rivets that were missing, and new lead cover flashing

Last week a new decking project was started in Longstanton. Uneven concrete, and crazy paving made into a free-flowing surface with steps. All timber framework and decking boards installed. Project proceeds with paving and fence/cladding to complete

Slate roofing this week locally. Existing slate roof was starting to leak and slipping out as the nails rusting through. When removing the slate was found to be rotten and soft, so all being replaced in A grade Spanish.
