High to Zero

High to Zero Qualified Domestic and Commercial Energy Assessor and Green Deal Advisor. You can do this by going to www.epcregister.com and following the instructions.

If you are looking to sell or rent your property then I am sure you have been told by your Estate Agent that you will need an Energy Performance Certificate ( EPC ). Some agents will provide these through their in house Assessors at a fee which they will add on to your bill. My advice is to ask them what it will cost you for the EPC and then shop around as independent Energy Assessors like myself

are usually a lot cheaper. For anyone looking to sell or rent a commercial property i.e, Offices, Warehouse, Industrial Unit, Retail Unit etc, then a commercial EPC is needed. It is worth checking to make sure your property doesn't already have an EPC as they last 10 years. Or you could contact me and I would happily find out for you. Remember advice on the best ways to make small changes to your property to help save energy and lower your bills is FREE.
