💷 The cheapest quote isn’t always the cheapest option…

A while ago, we quoted for a boiler replacement and unfortunately we were more expensive than another installer.

The customer understandably decided to go with the cheaper quote. We thanked them for letting us know and wished them all the best. 👍

Fast forward a few year… and we get a message asking if we can help.

The boiler has developed a fault, they can’t get hold of the original installer, and after the manufacturer attended they were told remedial work was required before they would carry out warranty repairs.

This isn’t about saying “we told you so.” It’s about something we talk about all the time:

You’re not just paying for a boiler. You’re paying for the installation and everything that comes with it.
