Site strip complete ✅ and site compound going in for an exciting new development. Just over 3,000 ton of topsoil stripped off against the weather trying its best to slow us down! 💨

New Project! Made a start on the strip out and demolition of a single storey extension to make way for a larger, two storey extension. Demolished and recycled. Old foundations removed, a spaghetti of existing services and utilities diverted out of the way. Foundations poured and blockwork in.

Dodging the showers we've a sunroom going up locally, featuring plenty of glass and stone. Another job we've been picking out and re-pointing to a number of elevations.

Old wooden cubical house, strip out, demolition and clearance ahead of S&W Fabrications Ltd replacing with a new modern portal building. Some fantastic weather to out be enjoying recently.

Closing it in, completion in sight! New roof on and replacement chimney built. Mitred hips and red ridges to compliment the existing with traditional lead valleys. Hidden GRP Valley to follow and making good the existing roof. UK Slate, VELUX
