🚿🛀This shower/wet room was suffering from water damage through a poorly fitted floor covering , it was also impractical for their needs.
Fully stripped back to the bare bones.
Newly fitted flooring and floor joists , plasterboard and wet wall, Lvt flooring, spotlights , new fan and fresh looking walls / ceiling to brighten it up.

🥶We have received quite a few callouts 📲 in the last few days and sadly a very wet few days for some folk. With the thawing of frozen pipes brings a lot of water if you don't catch it in time...

💦A broken down boiler in a commercial unit causing at least 5 separate issues: A copper pipe bursting, gate valves cracking, ball and stopcock valves coming apart.
❄️Dead legs of copper pipework in a cold garage.
❄️Condensation pipe from a boiler frozen and stopping heating from functioning.
❄️Outside tap with 300mm of copper exposed.
❄️Outside shed with a cylinder pipework coming apart.
