I contacted Derek about a year ago enquiring about doing some QS work for us, mostly pricing private new builds and looking after valuations etc, he has priced a few jobs for us I can honestly say its been a great decision to have Derek do this work for us, we have won a few big contracts and Derek is very and helpful with all aspect of construction.
