Are you sharp, switched-on, and looking for a role where you can actually build a career — not just answer phones?

We're a container haulage business operating out of Felixstowe, London Gateway and Southampton, and we're looking for someone with the right attitude to grow into a genuinely commercial customer service role.

You don't need haulage experience. But a background in Customer Service is beneficial.

What you'll be doing:
📞 Handling customer enquiries across phone and email
📋 Learning to quote and manage container haulage bookings
🤝 Building relationships with freight forwarders and shipping lines
📈 Spotting commercial opportunities as your knowledge grows
📧 Updating customers on status of their deliveries
