LPH Developments We are a company based in Ipswich. The works we carry out are extensions, and general building works LPH developments was established in 2012 by Lee Holland.

LPH Development was setup and is run by Lee Holland who overseas all the projects on site. Lee will undertake the meetings from start to finish with the client and discuss all areas of the project. Lee himself is a highly skilled worker and has alot of knowledge in the construction industry. Lee started as a joiner/carpenter, which he gained qualifications in level 2 and 3. With moving on with his

career through the construction industry he was lucky to get the chance to help out a smaller company that was up and coming. Which lead him back to college again, which he achieved top qualification levels in brick and block work and with this becoming a site manager within this company. With over the years he's been able to add plastering and plumbing to the list of skills, also through his career in construction has gained his level 6's in site management and building inspection with all this knowledge lee then decided it was time to start a new challenge in his career to setup and start his own company. our portfolio has a huge array of different projects from internal and external alterations, garden projects to complete extensions projects, to which all are treated to the same high quality service. We also sub-contract to other construction companies that need skilled workers for there projects.

Had a good week inside to so all electrics poked up in to the loft we put a little chase at each end off the room to see exactly where are rafters are then pinged a caulk line on ceiling for a screws when we over board and all prep work done and ready for plastering. The ceiling area was too big for me to do so called in Calvin Fairs Plastering to do the hard work for me and they done a great job so thank you for that.

So been a good week. We got all the prep work finished and roof light on ready for roofers, now we are weather tight on the extension and garage roof all thanks to Newbury roofing ltd. And scaffold came down Friday to thanks to R.Crick&Co Scaffolding Ltd for the scaffold on this job. Great work from all.

And yesterday we went indoors to start the internal part of the existing while the clients were out.
Once again getting carried away with what we had to get done forgot to get the full photos video of before we started the demolition, o well 😂. But here you go so photos when I remembered to take photos to the finished result of are work for a Friday. And to top off the a photos of a rainbow we got at the end of are day. Second and final part be the roof forming. So to keep the fascia hight down we fixed another timber section on top of are osb using 6x2 the thickness of are celotex 150mm. Used 300mm screws to tie in to the below rafters. Once all in and taped we fitted 18mm ply which had 300mm fixings to fix through to connect to the below rafters. Verges in on the existing roof and fitted timbers on are flat roof and fascia and around roof light for the roofers. The covering should be down this week coming. Wall plate fitted and first phase of the roof structure going up. We have a roof light going in to this extension to so had to double up rafters where it will be sitting. We blacked the ends off are 6x2 rafters as they are within are cavity. Furring pieces fitted what give us are 1:40 fall and then 18mm osb on top now ready for the second phase of the roof structure. Been getting a lot of friends, family and followers asking and wondering what we are doing as I haven’t posted for a while. We had a lot going on with work and the weather has not been kind to us start of this year. But Photos and updates of what we are doing and up to on projects will start coming in.
So this selection of photos on the we are on, the foundation poured the new position of waste in and stoned. The garage wall cut to position and wind post fitted to the new found and existing garage wall. The oversite built up and type1 in and wacked. So this week we started are next project in melton an extension at the back of this bungalow and alterations with walls coming down in the existing to change the floor layout of the bungalow and making good.
So extension and footing have been marked out and dug down to expose the existing foundations had fun in this dig as exposed to live drain runs and the main electric feed to the bungalow what fun that was digging by hand 🫣😂. Foundation has been poured and ready for us next week to start the next phase of the build. Turn your house into your home.

Nice little job done all new doors with new ironmongery, then a panel system on the bottom part of the wall under the existing dado rail. Another happy customer and not just saying that as the client is my cousin lol. She’s going be busy this weekend as there a lot of painting to do the whole hallway is being freshened up with a new colour style can’t wait to see once completed. Thanks for having me.
