We’re recruiting a Traffic Management Planner and a Planning Assistant to join our busy planning team in Ipswich, along with 12D Traffic Management Operatives for our Tilbury depot.
Planner - Ipswich
It is essential that you’re already working in the traffic management industry, with experience in being a planner. We’re looking for someone who knows their stuff, and should your experience allow, you’ll be working on multimillion-pound projects!
You’ll be allocated a client portfolio, being the dedicated traffic management planner for them. Day to day, you’ll be liaising with clients via email, telephone and Teams, carrying out ad-hoc site meetings and audits, developing TM schemes and the associated quotes, using CAD software to produce traffic management plans, booking in works and working with our operations team to ensure the smooth delivery.
The salary will be subject to experience, ranging from £36,000 - £45,000 per annum.

Planning Assistant - Ipswich
Having experience in the traffic management industry is desirable, but experience planning and coordinating works in a relatable industry such as the utilities sector could also work.
You’ll be supporting the planning team, and depending on your experience you may have you own client/s to manage planning works for. The role will include liaising with clients via email, telephone and Teams to book in works, using CAD software to produce traffic management plans, carrying out ad-hoc planning admin tasks as required.
The salary will be subject to experience, ranging from £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.
As we provide traffic management for planned and emergency works, we’re looking for team members who can; multi-task, have an eye for detail, work in a fast-paced environment, and work independently while enjoying being part of a team.

12D Traffic Management Operatives - Tilbury
You'll be working across Essex, Kent, Surrey, Sussex and London carrying out traffic management works for a range of clients.
Our rates range from £12.75 - £18.90 per hour and we offer a 50hr minimum contract.
We’re also offering a £250 reward once you complete your probation, along with plenty of overtime being available and ad-hoc perks.
A driving licence is essential, along with a can-do and team centred attitude.
