Couldn’t get these plates on the right from the manufacturer for 2 weeks. After hammering flat again I was able to use as pattern to cut some out of 4mm plate. Also have some brackets to make to hold them in place. Ready to fit the new chain when arrives.

Busy week back. The diagnostics laptop has been out a few times already this week.
Sorting out the engine faults on this crusher with a deutz. Still got some hydraulic electrics to sort.

Van service and service reset.
Battery change and battery system restart.
Damaged wiring plugs replaced
Machine service.
Van Security plate fitted.

Good to be back.

Customer asked if we could repair there van after attempted break-in. Using pre-made security plates from locks 4 vans got the job done nice and tidy.

Nice breakdown in Kent, paver unloaded and couldn’t raise the canopy. Also noticed that camber adjustment had stopped working last week. Removed the panel to find what looks like a 🐀 has had a dinner. No sign of chafing. Stripped back, re-solder extend wires and heat shrink. Replace a few blown fuses to get this back up and running.
