We are delighted to officially announce the appointment of Lauren Cox as our new Operations Manager at our Ivybridge workshop.Lauren joins us at a pivotal moment of growth.
In her new role, she will oversee our internal production pipelines, scale our workshop capacity, and ensure our bespoke architectural timber products continue to exceed the premium standards our clients expect.
With Lauren managing our shop-floor logistics and estimation workflows, our master craftsmen can focus completely on what they do best: delivering exceptional, high-end British joinery.

Looking to employ a manager to manage the day to day running of a well established Joinery business:

We are looking for someone who is:

Motivated.
Good with excel and outlook
Meeting clients
Speaking with and emailing suppliers
Setting up job sheets
Programming works
Ordering materials via email and xero
Dealing with day to day health and safety management
Quoting
Emailing clients
Taking calls
Good with social media

Mobile, laptop and vehicle provided.

Hours of work - Monday - Thursday 8-5pm Fridays 8-1pm

Good rate of pay for the right candidate.

Wow can’t believe it’s been 10 years today since I took ownership of my dream.
What a ride it’s been, I have had plenty of ups and downs, I’ve also made plenty of mistakes but learning along the way and still am 😬

I wouldn’t be where I am today without family, friends, clients and my team who have supported me throughout.
A massive thank you to my wife Charlotte and my boys who have put up with myself not being around much at times and with late nights and stresses but they have supported every step I have taken. Thank you so much all and here is to another 10 years 😊
