Manufacturing is going strong! We've got a trailer full ready to be loaded, plus a van and container full of materials to be distributed to various projects over the next week. 💪

We are excited to announce that we are in the process of installing a brand-new plasma machine over the next few days. This major investment will significantly enhance our production capabilities.

This upgrade will enable us to support both our existing and new clients more efficiently, allowing us to keep pace with the increasing demand for our services. It represents an important step forward in strengthening our capacity, improving turnaround times, and continuing to deliver the high-quality workmanship our customers expect.

As we complete the installation and commissioning phase, there may be a slight slowdown in our current output. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get everything fully operational.

Today, we conducted a site visit for a project in collaboration with our valued client, Dodd Group, at a local medical facility.

The teams from Air Vent Services Ltd are demonstrating commendable progress while adhering to a rigorous schedule. In the upcoming week, we will begin delivering stainless steel components, followed by the installation of Firemac Ltd fire-rated ductwork, all of which is produced in-house at our workshop by our excellent manufacturing teams, located in Lee Mill, near Ivybridge.

This installation will be carried out by our fully qualified teams, who specialise in fire-rated ductwork installation as one of their many skills.
