We had the privilege to do this massive transformation last year, what started out as clients ended as friends. This was the third extension project we have done in this street. We converted the garage into a bedroom ensuite above this we built a new bedroom ensuite with full vaulted ceiling to give the wow factor. On the ground floor we removed the conservatory and built a full width extension put in structural steels to be able to open up to give a very impressive open plan kitchen dining area and snug. We removed the downstairs cloakroom to make a wider hallway and create the door into the bedroom ensuite.

Started a new on returning in the new year 3 jobs in 1 master bedroom ensuite, guest bedroom ensuite and big rear extension lots more photos to come. Would have been neigh on impossible without the fully enclosed scaffolding (Jack Stoneman scaffolding thanks). Happy 1st February hope the weather improves.

Merry Christmas. A lovely extension for a previous client which involved taking down the original conservatory and removing the rear house wall to create an open space kitchen, dining and sunroom. We supplied and fitted the kitchen along with all services and plastering, supplied and fitted the anthracite windows and doors. I think you will all agree like us at D M Property Services the transformation was outstanding.

A recently completed full house renovation. With walls removed to open up new electrics, plumbing, plastered finished with new flooring and fully decorated throughout.

Took down an old glass conservatory and replaced with a timber framed sunroom that can be used all year round.
