FHC are looking to hire an accounts administrator to work in their busy office. Based in our head office in Keady you will be a key member of the team with the following responsibilities: -
• Processing invoices and statements to the accounts package
• Monthly / quarterly VAT and PAYE returns to HMRC / Irish Revenue
• Processing Payroll
• General Accounting duties such as sales, purchasing ledger,
reconciliation, and credit control.
• Re-direct any queries to the relevant person
• Answering and making company calls when required.
Undertake other administrative duties that may be required from time to time

Essential Criteria:
• Proven administrative experience
• Competent in computer packages [Microsoft Office, Word, Excel etc]
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask
• Ability to work on own initiative and to work as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ensure confidentiality of all company documentation

The role is a permanent position with flexible hours; Salary will be dependent on experience
