I’m looking for 2 x dry liners, a tape and jointer/ making good man and a painter for 2 projects in Reading and West London within the next couple of weeks.

Working in communal areas of residential properties and will be in contact with residents. So must be professional and considerate at all times. I’m looking for reliable tradesmen to work with my team on multiple jobs.

Good day rate paid. Only CIS stopped with week in hand pay.

CSCS preferred but must have own tools, PPE and transport.

Another nice project completed last week. This time we made a kitchen bigger by removing an existing steel beam and fitted a larger one and removing a bit more wall. Plastered the area and added more lighting, installed a new floor and fitted the new kitchen.

A few more photos of the TV install we did last week. This time it is 100% completed with Valspar off white paint on the walls and Valspar pure white on the ceiling. This particular off white colour is giving very subtle grey tones in this area and it just works so well.

Although not cheap, we find Valspar to be the best market on the moment, we can’t get enough of it and our clients love it.

This was a little side job for a client while we are redecorating their whole house.

I was asked to mount the TV’s on the wall. With this one being in the living area, I sunk trunking into the wall to allow for cables to go through and added some extra plug sockets so no cables are on show.

The original plan was for the sound bar to sit on the unit but then the client asked for it to be wall mounted after I had already done the chasing, so they just wanted the optical and power cables in a small piece of trunking.

Everything is spot on level after adjusting brackets to get the perfect heights and angles for my client, to which is was praised for the attention to detail and another job well done.

Another quick turn around job completed today. This one was for a client we have done several jobs for in the past and this time they wanted to turn their window into french doors.

We had to make plumbing and electrical alterations and build a step outside onto the patio. Minor carpentry inside and then plaster and render the doors in.

Just a shame I didn’t take more photos, I’m often too busy getting stuck into the job to remember to take them.

We have just finished this nice little extension. Although small in size it had some complications with steel frames being delayed because of the snow and fancy lay flat roof tiles with a very shallow pitch roof. New ground for us there but finished with amazing aluminium bi-fold doors and electric velux roof windows.

The client was so please with our work they asked us to decorate most of the house, change the bannisters and fit a new front door to match the bi-folds.

Another job done with another very happy client.

Here is a couple of photos of a recent suspended ceiling we completed. 300+m of warehouse for a local plumbing company. Suspended ceilings are a great quick way to tidy up and insulate these large buildings. Not all the tiles were fitted due to other trades needing access above still. Another happy client.

Here is our latest project we have proudly finished. A large knock through, taking down two walls to create a large open plan kitchen. Full electrical re-wire, kitchen install and tiling of the downstairs floor with the installation of a beautiful set of French doors with full height glass panels either side. Along with lots of other jobs around the house.

This house is an on going project for our client with lots of work still to be done as funds come up. The client is choosing to decorate themselves, hence why the lights are out and the walls are unfinished.
