It's going to be a hot one this Bank Holiday weekend, so this is a reminder to stay in the shade! If you're working over the next three days (like some of our lads are) stay hydrated, wear a hat and remember sunscreen.

And in the meantime, here's a picture of Freyja - our Scania mounted with EFFER 525 crane - (and Tom), operating in the shade, moving a transformer.

This was a contract lift to remove the old, and replace with the new! We'll take a closer look at this job in the next few weeks!

Earlier this week, we returned to Kettering Library! The culmination of this nearly year long project, saw us take Sammy Lou (our 100T Tadano) back to the streets of our local town. Working once again alongside Apex Scaffolding Ltd, we removed the rooftop scaffolding that we'd help install last year.

It's exciting to see our local library in it's finishing stages, and we're proud to have been a part of this fantastic restoration project.

Are you an experienced HGV fitter looking for a new role? Fully qualified and keen to work on a fleet of modern machines? Enjoy a challenge?

We are seeking to expand our Kettering based engineering team, with the addition of a HGV fitter. Our varied fleet travels throughout the country on a daily basis, and requires regular maintenance to ensure they keep on moving.

With a full workshop available and working alongside our Operations and Transport teams, you will be responsible for the mechanical and electrical health of our fleet, troubleshooting, repairing and servicing our HGVs and fleet of small vans.
