Let me introduce myself and my Company to you. I have thirty years experience in the building trade, with particular expertise in plastering and refurbishment of all kinds of properties. Projects have ranged from specific remedial works for customers, such as damp proofing, cellar/basement work, structural repairs/alterations and re-plastering, through to complete renovations of derelict buildings

. I have also undertaken project management and building of new extensions to a high standard on a range of projects. Traditionally I had specialised in plastering, floor screeding, installation of cavity wall membrane systems, lime rendering, crack stitch repair using Helifix and Helical systems and resolving damp problems in old properties. I am an Approved Contractor for Permagard Dampproofing products but also have wide experience of using other products as well and can offer sound advice on suitable products and techniques to solve different remedial problems. In more recent years I have also project managed and/or built a range of new extensions to architectural drawings, incorporating other trades and liaising with professionals involved at all stages of the build, to ensure a high standard of product that conforms to all current building regulations. I pride myself in quality of workmanship and customer service. Most of my projects have resulted from recommendations and I can confidently provide references from satisfied customers.
