The Issue: North Ayrshire Council in order to raise money have not considered the long term cost to North Ayrshire’s economy. vour of out of town centre retail parks with free parking. Every North Ayrshire resident has a right to be respected by North Ayrshire Council when they make decisions on OUR behalf! They should be held to account at a public meeting for the lack of consultation on this matter and the bullish way it has been implemented.
