Our latest extension project is now well underway! 👷‍♂️🏡

This week we've:
✔️ Broken up and removed the existing concrete pad and patio.
✔️ Cleared all waste using grab lorries.
✔️ Excavated the footings.
✔️ Started installing new drainage for the additional toilets and utility room.

We're now ready for the Building Control inspection before the footings are poured.

Next up, we'll be pouring the foundations and building up to DPC level as the extension starts to take shape.

Trim fitted along the worktop as requested by the customer 👇

The existing silicone was in poor condition and looking untidy. Due to the size of bead required, a new silicone finish would have looked unsightly — so we opted for a neat trim solution instead.

A much cleaner and longer-lasting finish 👍
