Rolls Royce Silver Cloud 1958 for a AC kit, collaboration between myself and the marque specialist workshop, parts supplied by us at with engine and condenser brackets, internal fabrication and woodwork all fabricated by the RR specialist client, pipes made up on the car by myself, and all commissioned and working well, the client has just to finish off the interior dash work to complete, this is quite a special AC installation and looks superb.

Big machines this evening, pipe repair on the compressor, seat out for a heater valve replacement on a crane and a service valve core replacement and regas on a container stacker in between ship rotations... Busy busy Busy...

JCB... Popular machine so I tend to see more of them than others, however one particular machine needing a replacement compressor soon after it had a replacement compressor, simply because certain people ride around with "agricultural engineer" on the side of a van then under it amongst other claims you can read "air conditioning specialist" 🤔 sadly if you don't rectify the cause of the first failure, you will only get the same result, slapping on a new compressor to replace the original seized item without investigating the cause and completing remedial work will only give the same result, plus when you are presented with a high pressure fault, linking out the high pressure switch isn't the best form of remedial action... so the specialist part is taking your money not sorting your air conditioning...

First week back after holiday and it's straight back hit the ground running mode, Aston Martin V8 kit, Jaguar XJS V12 kit and Jensen interceptor kit, plus various agricultural machines for system repairs, guess that's the start of the silly season then....

Dealership support, Product trouble shooting, mystery of working AC that doesn't work when nobody's looking at it but does work every time they do... Apparently... Still lovely views whilst I wait for it not to work.. perhaps 🤦
