Here’s a selection of stainless steel frames fabricated by the team, ready for their next stage.

Alongside our workshop fabrication, some of the team have been in Cardiff all weekend, assisting another engineering company with a platform installation at a food factory. 👷‍♂️

We’re proud to support other engineering companies with additional skilled labour and on-site installation support when they need an extra pair of hands.

🚛 FRIDAY ON THE ROAD WITH TEAM KCS! 🔧

Friday was a busy one for the team! 💪

From collecting materials and delivering completed jobs to our loyal customers, to picking up more work and keeping projects moving, we were certainly kept on our toes!

At the same time, our team was supporting ongoing projects at a local food factory and a power station. ⚙️🏭

At KCS Engineering Solutions Ltd, we pride ourselves on being reliable, flexible and going the extra mile for our customers. We genuinely appreciate every customer who puts their trust in us, and we’ll always do our best to help keep their operations running smoothly. 🤝

One of our valued customers needed a quick turnaround on an offset square-to-round transition, manufactured from 1.5mm stainless steel.

From the fabrication and forming through to the finished piece, this one has come out really nicely. 👌

A great example of the bespoke stainless-steel fabrication we can produce to suit our customers' exact requirements — and when time is important, we’re happy to work to a tight turnaround.

👋 Meet the Directors of KCS Engineering Solutions Ltd.

And finally, it’s time to meet the third and final director of KCS Engineering Solutions Ltd – Simon King.

My engineering journey started at an agricultural engineering company, where I learned the foundations of fabrication, problem-solving, and practical engineering. I then moved into the food processing industry, where I spent a number of years developing my skills and progressing through the business.

Starting in a hands-on engineering role, I worked my way up through the ranks to Site Supervisor and eventually Site Manager. During this time, I was involved in the successful delivery of projects ranging from small-scale installations and upgrades through to large, complex engineering projects, gaining valuable experience in project management, customer relationships, team leadership, and problem-solving.

These experiences have given me a strong understanding of what customers need and the importance of delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Away from work, I’m a proud husband and father of two boys. Family is incredibly important to me and has always been a driving force behind my work ethic and determination to succeed.

I’m excited to be part of the team at KCS Engineering Solutions Ltd and look forward to helping customers with their engineering and fabrication requirements.

Thank you to everyone who has followed our journey so far. We’re looking forward to what the future holds.
