We received some drone footage today from which looks great. This is a project we are working on in Colkirk near Fakenham, Norfolk. We have handed over a number of these properties now and are working on the remainder

Last Friday we organised a charity padel afternoon raising money for the afternoon was a success, enjoyed by all, with good food and coaching provided by the folks at Blazing Padels. I believe we raised in excess of £500. Hopefully we will have more events like this in the future

Our project in Swanton Novers for is coming along well. Kitchen fitting is underway along with the internal painting, looking forward to seeing to externals take shape here to finish it off nicely

Work is progressing well on our site at Colkirk. We have the first 11 houses handing over in the new year and the final 10 later on in the year. Internal finishes are underway in the first plots including fully tiled bathrooms, herringbone karndean floors and carpets. The plasterers are busy on the second phase with the last of the roofs recently being completed.

We have recently completed this project in Hunstanton turning the Former Infant School into 7 dwellings and adding 4 bespoke contemporary new builds in the grounds. Internal photos to follow

The timber frames for the 3 houses have started to be erected this week on our project at Swanton Novers for the first floor panels have been craned into position today and the roof should be on by the end of next week

Our site in Swanton Novers is moving along nicely. All foundations are in, beam and block floor is being installed and the road is ready for tarmac later this week
