Hand-made manufacture and supply of chunky Sapele Georgian bar windows for the Grade II listed Caston Windmill,
traditionally crafted using established joinery methods. The windows have been pre-primed and are to be replaced on a strict like-for-like basis in accordance with listed building requirements, and will be single-glazed only.

Addition Hand-made manufacture and supply of replacement chunky door frames for the Grade II listed Caston Windmill,
traditionally crafted in Sapele using established joinery methods and finished with solid Oak cills.

Hand-made manufacture and supply of gunstock stile doors for the Grade II listed Caston Windmill.
The doors incorporate complex angled joinery, including a 30-degree chamfer to the upper section on one face, a rebate to the opposing face to accommodate glazing, and 30-degree angles to both faces at the lower section. The angled intermediate rail required bespoke setting-out and precise hand craftsmanship to achieve an accurate and sympathetic fit.
