Today marks 15 years since the end of Operation TELIC in Iraq.

From 2003 to 2011, UK Armed Forces personnel served under extreme conditions to help stabilise the region and support local communities.

Today, we remember the 179 British personnel who lost their lives, along with the thousands who were wounded during the conflict.

As a veteran myself, this is something very close to my heart. As a thank you for the service and sacrifice of our Armed Forces community, we at PTG are offering all veterans 30% off our labour charges for the rest of this month.

⚠️ GAS SAFETY WARNING ⚠️

During a recent gas safety inspection we discovered what appears to be DIY gas work inside a property.

An uncapped/open-ended copper gas pipe had been left exposed, creating a potentially dangerous situation. We also found extension leads and electrical cables running through the same confined area, increasing the overall risk.

Please do not attempt gas work yourself.

For your safety:
✔ Always use a Gas Safe registered engineer
✔ Never leave gas pipework uncapped
✔ Avoid overloading extension leads or running electrics through enclosed service spaces
✔ Arrange regular gas safety inspections
