🏠 Property Renovation

👷‍♂️ This project went through rigorous planning, architect drawings and 3d cad designs to get every detail right for the client. The objective; to transform the late 1800 2 storey extension from a cold, damp leaking building to a fresh modern and energy efficient building.

🦴 We stripped this building back to its bones and started again, from new joists, slate roofs , steelwork and a massive thermal upgrade. Transforming the property to high end living environment.

✍️ David and Steph first came to us looking to install an ensuite in a downstairs room with no existing facilities. After a detailed site survey and a series of consultations, we designed and delivered a beautiful ensuite tailored perfectly to their needs.

🔨 We then went on to work with them again, this time creating a high end, multi functional garden room , serving as an office, relaxation space, and man cave. Through collaborative design sessions and CAD reviews, we brought their vision to life, finishing the space with stunning Western Red Cedar cladding, alongside subtle corrugated metal detailing in hidden areas.

💛 From the 1.2 × 1.2m porcelain tiles, carefully laid, mitred and finished with GoPoxy grout,
to the Lusso brushed gold fittings, precisely positioned during the first fix stage to ensure perfect alignment.

💡 The dado panelling and LED picture rail have been installed with care and precision to create a refined, high-end finish.

📏 Every element of this project was carefully planned during the design and preparation stage, ensuring each detail works together to achieve the final look.

🎀 This bathroom started out as an old pink suite with ongoing leaks and tired fittings.

✅ We stripped everything back, resolved the problem areas, and completely refreshed the space with modern Iflo wall panels, PVC ceiling cladding, new flooring, a new shower suite , Vanity unit, toilet and towel radiator. The extractor fan, and new spot lights was fitted by NOS Electrical Services Ltd. ⚡️

🚿 The result is a clean, modern and low-maintenance bathroom that’s built to last.

📞This job started as a simple leak call-out, but after investigating we discovered the wet room floor had been installed incorrectly and was extremely unsafe.

❌ The tiled floor had significant movement and poor installation, meaning the entire floor needed to be removed and replaced. The client was very lucky the issue was caught when it was — the wet room floor had deteriorated to the point where there was a real risk of someone falling through.

🤔 Wet rooms require proper preparation, structural support, and correct waterproofing systems. If they aren’t installed correctly, they can quickly lead to leaks, movement in the floor, and serious safety issues.

🤝 After discussing the available options, we installed a new shower tray system as a safer and more cost-effective solution for the client. This involed removing all of the old floor tiles, floorboards and starting again.

🙌 Another problem identified, explained properly, and resolved the right way.
