This one broke down over the bank holiday weekend, so getting the hot water back up and running was essential! 🚿🔥

We got rid of the awful cheap and cheerful Vokera and replaced it with a top-of-the-range Ideal Heating Vogue Max 👌

With a 12-year parts & labour warranty, this customer now has guaranteed peace of mind with no surprise boiler costs until September 2038 at the earliest! 😍

🔥 Another Ideal Heating Vogue Max installed this week, along with 3 brand-new radiators! 👌

Could we have reused the existing pipework? Absolutely... but we have to come back every year to service it, and we don't want to be looking at a mess! 😅 So we cut everything back, fitted a new ply board, and started again properly. A tidy install is just as important as what's inside the boiler. 💪

✅ Condensate upgraded to current regulations
✅ Wireless thermostat installed
✅ 3 radiators with thermostatic radiator valves fitted

❄️🥶 A little bit different for us this week... 🥶❄️
We completed our F-Gas qualifications a few years ago, but with the heating side of the business keeping us so busy, we've never really had the time to get into air conditioning.

This week, one of our regular elderly customers was really struggling with the recent heat ☀️🥵, so we finally took the plunge.

We supplied and installed a Mitsubishi Electric air conditioning unit, complete with all materials, and the main thing... a lovely cool living room! ❄️🥶🏡
We absolutely loved doing this job. Seeing how happy and relieved the customer was made every minute worthwhile ❤️ – even if it meant working until 9:30pm to get it finished for them. 💪⏰

🔥 Today's install was an Ideal Heating Vogue Max 32kW System Boiler... but there's a story behind this one!
The customer had already received a quote from a company that drives blue vans and sounds a bit like "Bwitish Bass"... 🤣🤣🤣
Unfortunately, they'd quoted for a completely unsuitable installation for the size of the property and the workload the heating system needed to handle. Their solution was to keep it as a heat-only, open-vented system because there wasn't a permanent live available... all backed by just a 5-year warranty. 🤡
Luckily, they gave us a call before going ahead.
