Willmott Dixon are underway in creating a transport interchange, park and 196 apartments in the heart of .

Alongside Stockport Council and Greater Manchester Combined Authority, Transport for Greater Manchester procured the project through our Major Works Framework.

Take off for G F Tomlinson ✈️

Work commenced this week on a new £15.4 million three-storey building, at ASI (Newark) in Nottinghamshire.

The project was procured through our Major Works Framework with G F Tomlinson being awarded the contract following a further competition process.

They will deliver the state-of-the-art facility as well as additional teaching spaces, a flight simulator – plus a large open hangar to accommodate for a full-sized aeroplane 🛫

🏥 ICYMI: Monkwearmouth Development Ltd (MDL) is working alongside NTW Solutions (a limited company established by Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust) on the new Monkwearmouth Hospital.

Sir Robert McAlpine will be carrying out the construction of a 3,237 sq. m, three-storey building which is scheduled to be completed in January 2024.

MDL were appointed as the development partner on this scheme following compliant procurement through our Developer Led Framework.

We're pleased to announce that we've issued a prior information notice (PIN) for the second generation of our Refit and Refurbishment Framework.

The framework will run for four years from April 2023 and provide a compliant and collaborative route to market for public sector clients to procure refurbishment works valued at £50,000 and above.

Work on Milton Keynes' first fossil-free new build school - which opened its doors earlier in September - has officially been completed by Morgan Sindall. 🙌

This project was procured through our Major Works Framework.

The school is an all-through facility that is part of the Inspiring Future through Learning multi-academy, with 1,569 school places for pupils aged five to 16, alongside 39 full-time nursery places and 170 staff members.

It will offer educational provisions to the residents of several hundred new homes that have been built on the nearby Glebe Farm.

A £40m school development project has been delivered for Southampton City Council with help from our frameworks! ✅

St Mark’s CE School was previously a primary school but has been extended to create one all-through school, providing 900 new secondary places.

Using our Major Works and Professional Services frameworks, the council were able to quickly and compliantly appoint Faithful+Gould and Morgan Sindall Construction who worked collaboratively to deliver the scheme in time for the new school term.

Later this month, five members of the Ashe Group team will be enduring a 500-mile cycle through France over the space of just 3 days! The goal of this epic task is to raise a target of £5,000 for the cause.
