School Toilet Block Refurbishment
We recently completed a floor and wall refurbishment project for a local school toilet block, creating a highly durable, hygienic, and easy-to-maintain environment built to withstand heavy daily use.
Subfloor Preparation: The subfloor was prepared using UltraFloor Level IT 2 smoothing underlayment to achieve a perfectly flat, seamless surface, paired with 543 adhesive for a long-lasting, heavy-duty bond.
Safety Flooring: Installed Polyflor Ltd Polysafe Vogue Ultra safety throughout the area, providing slip resistance and exceptional durability under foot traffic.
Coved Skirtings: Finished around the perimeter with 100mm coved skirtings to create a continuous, watertight seal between the floor and wall junctions, preventing moisture ingress and allowing easy cleaning.
Hygienic Wall Cladding: Fitted AmClad hygienic wall cladding sheets around key areas, ensuring an easy-to-clean, low-maintenance, and impervious barrier.
Corner Protection: Secured high-impact areas using AmGuard corner protection to shield vulnerable edges from daily wear and tear.
This complete solution delivers a fresh, durable, and fully hygienic facility tailored specifically for educational environments.
