‼️Damp‼️

Wow we have never seen anything like this living room floor... for years this has caused so much damage & damp. How the floor held up is beyond me all the joists, floor boards absolutely rotten/sodden 🤯.

Chopping off all affected areas of the walls, drill & inject new dpc internal. Added with extra tanking. The process is real on a damp job this took weeks to dry out.

Horrible ordeal for any customer. But we are getting there on this project. Few weeks now for the new plaster to dry out before painting. We then return to lay the floor throughout, fitting skirting boards afterwards

Unfortunately we are a man down, Jim has slipped a disc 🧑‍🦽 get well soon brother 🙏 🤒 so please bare with us 😊

We are still making some brilliant progress on this kitchen/bathroom & HSL refurbishment 😊. Our lads have certainly delivered so far.

Few bits to finish up in the bathroom once we have fully decorated. 🛁. Brushed brass fixtures & fittings which we do think looks amazing and is very popular.. carrera gold tiles with a 110 manhatten grout & sealant finish.

Hsl will be fully plastered & new skirting & architrave.. 👷🏼‍♂️possibly new doors 🚪. Again full decoration 🎨

Kitchen units had to be fit before Plastering on this one due to other commitments to help move the job quicker. But we will be taking down wall units so its easier, and fitting upstands once plastered 😊. Gas hob all connected & working. All electrics & pipe works sorted for the oven & sink. Radiator will be fitted after decoration.

Laminate flooring to be fitted in the kitchen/hallway..

This was a slight challenge, with the ceiling and walls been so far out 🤯 the house had slightly dropped over the years.. some finish like 💯

Kitchen refurbishment 👏🏻 🏡

Opened up to allow more natural light through..
Make good & plaster walls, ceiling.. patch up coving.
Floor was double tiled 😪 bit of hard work taking it up, self level & fit the new herringbone floor, bringing the kitchen back to life.
Kitchen cupboards will also be brought back to life at a later date.

We return in a weeks time to complete the conservatory herringbone floor, and fully sealed up in the kitchen 👍🏻

Job well done ✅️ customer very happy.
