This project involved everything: a side extension with both pitched and flat roofs, the construction of a loft, a full renovation of the entire house, and external insulation using EPS with a rendered finish. In addition, a heat pump system was installed, along with composite decking at the rear of the property.

A loft, but far from an ordinary one.
This impressive open space has been thoughtfully transformed into a single, expansive living area with a private en-suite bathroom. Large sliding doors enhance the sense of openness and light, while the balustrade fixings are discreetly concealed within a recess, leaving only the glass visible for a clean, minimalist finish.
The project features underfloor heating, electric curtains, integrated ceiling speakers, and a Japanese-style toilet—just a few of the many modern comforts included.
