My lovely client paid us to fix neighbours fence because he refused. So we replaced some posts and top rail! But kept all the other bits. Made them a gate that matched the original. Weather was beautiful, happy days!

At last after waiting patiently for the floor to dry out. (Leaking plumbing for many years in the sub floor) We manage to get it done, many thanks to the client for all their patience and thanks to Gowens CD for the flooring. Its a glued Invictus LVT, wish I had been able to fit it prior to all the finishing but the floor moisture content would have lifted the new floor. 🥲

Had to make an oak threshold as there is a bit of difference in the floor heights!!

Finished off last week, new verges with a plastic barge board. Repointed chimney, scaffold gone! Happy days!

Bit of leadwork and slating today!

Before and After, sanded, stains removed chemically and re varnished, new upstands. Bit of danish oil to finish. Wanted to use osma but didn't arrive in time🥲
