9 Moar Drive — A Look Back

We’re revisiting our completed 2024 build at 9 Moar Drive, the final house in our wider development. This home was created in close collaboration with the client, who were able to put their own stamp on the design and finishing touches.

The video showcases the finished result, along with some kind words from the customer about their experience and the quality of the build - which we’re grateful to share.

Our latest video takes you behind the scenes in our workshop with Erik Laughton, our Workshop Manager. Erik talks through some of the work the team carries out day-to-day - from machining materials to producing bespoke joinery for projects across Orkney.

It’s a great look at the craft and preparation that supports our jobs on site.

42 Junction Road — Transformation Underway

Here’s a first look at our progress at 42 Junction Road, where we’re currently redeveloping the building into 4 affordable flats set for completion in 2026.

The project will retain the original stone features, introduce off-white harling to the some of the external walls, and include new hardwood windows - all while giving the building a fresh, modern feel suited to the 21st century.

You’ll also spot Darren McLean Building in the video, who are working with us on the build.
