Design Me A Heat Pump Ltd - Lampeter. Creuddyn, Pontfaen Road, Wales.
Office based role in Lampeter, no remote working.
Full Time Salary Range £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
Design Me A Pump Ltd is a leading Renewable Energy company dedicated to providing sustainable heating and electrical solutions that empower communities.
We are seeking an organised and motivated projects coordinator to support our operations.
Key Responsibilities-
Provide installer support to ensure efficient operation of our MCS Umbrella service.
Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and enquiries in a timely manner
Schedule appointments for commissioning and survey appointments.
Assist in preparing information and documentation related to projects
Support project managers in tracking project timelines and deliverables
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in our database and CRM
Monitor project timelines and update project manager.
Proven experience as a project coordinator or in a similar role; experience in the construction industry is a plus
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Welsh speaker also an advantage.
