We’ve created two base units, each designed to fit on the back of a low loader and connect seamlessly to the other components in our modular system. We have done this to increase the efficiency of the manufacturing and construction process whilst retaining internal and external design flexibility.

As it stands the market for new residential housing globally is broken. Specifically in the UK it is made up of a dozen or so major house builders, whose homes upon handover are often fraught with faults that can sometimes take years to make right. On the fringes there is, and always has been a cohort of developers, designers and builders alike whom take real pride in their work. Unfortunately this end of the spectrum is usually unaffordable for the average buyer.

At Stoic Homes we focus on quality not quantity. Delivering every home, garden room or other construction exactly to the specification in a way that keeps our footprint small, only scaling our capacity in-line with real demand as it comes.

We are and always will be open to collaboration with other like minded entities, groups and individuals.
